Hello, after upgrade to rel. 1289, if a user login and will checkout the adress is empty... Show like the picture.

Mar 05 		Could not duplicate in SVN 1291, must be fixed.

Mar 04 		Changed INNER JOIN to LEFT JOIN for states (alhough there's always a country, there are addresses with no state).

the error must be in ps_Checkout, if i change back this file to rel 1288, the adress display normaly.

in 1289 the adress will not show.

i use php 5.2.5 i hope this help.
