Add an item to cart and check out. When you get to 'payment method' try clicking on either 'shipping address' or 'ship methods'.

Here's the error message: Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource /shop/component/page,checkout.index/option,com_virtuemart/ship_to_info_id,581b902ecb3c9fd9e95597d457237e5b/shipping_rate_id,shipvalue|STD|Standard+Shipping+under+30.00|3.95/checkout_next_step,2/Itemid,1/ could not be found on this server.

I changed checkout process to 'Process 2' (shipping/payment/complete) and then switched back. Thats when it stopped working. Also Im using SEF urls.

Try without SEF URLs please. Turn SEF mode off.
