Description

Backend reports needs converted to a MVC view utilizing the Joomla 1.5 framework. If an example is needed see the country maintenance view.

Updated files to latest stable release. Modified ps_main to add ps_report section. Commented out old report section. Fixed issues when creating install and the sql comments. Modified sql statements to reflect new MVC architecture files. Fixing view to be more consistent with other admin modules. Having issues adding files to svn.

Going to do another checkout and recreate the project in Eclipse to make sure I'm setup correctly on my end. If this doesn't work then I'll just send and archive...
