Standard shipping module is not working - Ver 1.1.6

Description

In version 1.1.6 If only standard shipping module checked out from back end then it is giving error message to select another shipping method during check out process.Screen shot attached for reference.Please check and fix bug.

I cannot recreate such behaviour. I just installed a fresh 1.1.6, enabled only standard shipping, and was able to checkout just fine. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

I am checking out shipping address with 6 digit zip code,but zip code range defined in shipping rate module was 5 digit,After changing 6 digit zip code range,it is working fine.

Sorry for not investigate problem in detail before submitting bug.
