h1. VM2 Orders and Shoppers Menu 

 h2. Orders Menu 

 h3. Orders 

 A list of all the orders placed by your customers.    Sort by clicking any of the headers. 

 h4. Order Number 	

 The unique number assigned by your store for the order. 	

 h4. Name 	

 Name of the shopper who has placed the order.

 h4. Payment Method 	

 The payment method selected by the shopper. shopper 	

 h4. Print View 	

 When clicked, the current page will open in a new popup for printing the invoice of the purchase. 	

 h4. Order Date 

 Date the order was placed.   

 h4. Last Modified 

 Date the order was last modified. 	


 h4. Status 	

 You can change the status of the order here.    Status is assigned by your store after a customer places an order such as PENDING so you can easily sort the orders for processing.    Default statuses are Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Refunded and Shipped.  

 h4. Add Comment 

 Here you can enter a message to your shopper or yourself. 	

 h4. Notify Shopper? 	

 When checked, the shopper will be notified of the change in order status.   

 h4. Include this Comment  

 When checked, the message entered by you in ADD COMMENT will be sent along with the notification.  

 h4. Total 

 The total value of the order.   

 h4. Order ID   

 The unique ID of the order. 


 h2. Revenue Report Menu 

 A handy report of income generated during a particular period.    This report can be generated based on the order status. 

 h3. Order Status 	

 Select the order status you want to generate the report for. 	

 h3. Set Interval 	

 How do you want to summarize the report?    Daily report, weekly report, monthly report, etc. 	

 h3. Set Period, From, Until 	

 Select the number of days for which the report should be generated OR select FROM which date UNTIL which date the report should be generated. 


 h2. Shoppers Menu 

 A list of all shoppers with their Username and Displayed Name shown along with Group and Shopper Groups. Sort by clicking any of the headers. 

 If you have a lot of shoppers, change the number of shoppers displayed at a time in the bottom DISPLAY# Box. 

 h2. Shopper Groups Menu 

 If you sell to groups of customers such as wholesalers, employees, family etc. you can display special pricing, shipping or payment methods for these groups.  

 h3. Shopper Group Details 	

 If you sell to groups of customers such as wholesalers, employees, family etc. you can display special pricing, shipping or payment methods for these groups.  

 h4. Shopper Group Name  

 Give a unique name to your shopper group.   

 h4. Published Radio Button 

 Select NO to hide or YES to be visible to customers.   

 h4. Shopper Group Description   

 A short description about the shopper group. 	

 h3. Show Following Prices  

 Enable shopper group specific price display. Check the box to publish, or un-check the box to hide a specific price display for this group.  	

 h3. Show Following Prices - Show Prices  	

 Check to show prices.    If using catalogue functionality, some don't want prices to appear on pages. 	

 h3. Show Following Prices 	

 How do you want prices to display to members of this group? You must check both ENABLE SHOPPER GROUP SPECIFIC PRICE DISPLAY and SHOW PRICES. 

 h2. Coupons Menu 

 Allows your customers to redeem coupons or gift vouchers by entering a code into a box that appears during checkout. 

 h3. Coupon  	

 Give a name to your coupon that will help you remember its purpose. Example: Christmas Special, Valentine's Day Discount, etc. 	

 h3. Value 	

 How much of a discount the coupon will give. Can be either percent or this amount off the price, determined by the next item. 	

 h3. Percent or Total 	

 Choose whether the number in the previous box is a percent or a fixed discount from the original price. If Value is 10.00, choose percent for the coupon to be10% off or Total for the coupon to be $10.00 off. 	

 h3. Coupon Type 	

 Select the type of your coupon.    A gift coupon is deleted after it is used for discounting an order one time, whereas a permanent coupon can be used as often as the shopper wants to. 	

 h3. Minimum Total Order 	

 To require a minimum order, type in this box the smallest purchase you will accept by a shopper to use the coupon. 	

 h3. Coupon Start Date 	

 The date from which the coupon can be used. 	

 h3. Coupon Expiry Date 	

 The date after which the coupon cannot be used.
